In-Patient Services

Apex Hospital and Trauma Centre is the only Multi Super-Specialty Hospital in the region providing emergency critical care and out patient's services in all medical/surgical specialties.

The casualty and emergency department is round the clock monitored by highly qualified intensivists and casualty medical officers. Apex Hospital has the most well equipped OT complex in the region with three fully equipped centrally air conditioned operations theatres and a dedicated labor room which is functional round the clock.

OT-1 Caters to orthopedics, joint replacement, neurosurgery and urology. It is equipped with the latest allenger's C-arm, GE anesthesia work station, multi para monitors and latest LED operating surgical lights.

OT-2 Caters to ENT, general and laparoscopic surgery. It is equipped with a high end Karl-Zeiss operating microscope, Karl-Storz high definition camera and laparoscopic equipments.

OT-3 Dedicated Opthalmology OT to reduce chances of infection well equipped with the latest phaco emulsification (AMO Compaq) machine and surgical microscope.

Apex Hospital offers best in class patient facilities. Each room provides a comfortable environment for patient and their attendants. The entire hospital is centrally air conditioned to maintain a pleasant working environment and comfortable stay for the patients. Semi Private, Private and Deluxe Rooms are available to make the stay of patients comfortable. The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is equipped with adult/pediatric/Neonatal ventilators, multi para monitors, defibrillators, and monitored by intenvists, qualified RMO's and trained para medical staff. All sorts of medical and surgical patients requiring intensive care are managed here.

Separate floor dedicated to trauma and emergencies equipped with emergency operation theatre, Digital-X Ray Machine, 24x7 Laboratory and 10 bedded intensive care unit was planned to minimize the time taken for emergency resusciatation of trauma and critical patients. A dedicated state of the art elevator has been installed for the movement of sick patients. The whole hospital is connected by the latest hospital management system to keep the billing and accounts in transparent manner. All the patients arriving for admission are counseled by trained hospital managers regarding the duration of stay, details of treatment and surgery at the time of admission. An approximate of the estimated bill is explained in advance to avoid any misunderstanding and to provide sufficient time to arrange the required funds.

In the past 1 year since it's opening Apex Hospital has become the most reliable health care facility cattering to various requirements of patients. Approximately 50,000 patients have been successfully treated in the out patients departments.
